Break Rules

GROUP BREAK RULES

Group Breaks are live trading card box, pack, and case opening events. Trading Card Collectors can purchase spots in a break in order to participate with other collectors, and will receive all of the cards from their assigned spot and/or team.

  • By buying spots in group breaks you agree to the terms and rules found within each specific listing.  There are no guarantees that you will receive a specific team, player or card. The boxes included in the break are packed by the manufacturer.  The comination of players/teams included in a box is completely beyond the control of NEO Card Rips.
  • Live breaks and replays can be found on YouTube.com/NEOCardRips.com
  • We only ship to the United States.
  • All Cards Ship always.
  • You will always receive a package for your order, even if your spot(s) receives no cards.

---------------------------------------------------------------
  • Rules for Multi-Player Cards, Retired Multi-Team Players, etc.

Placement of Card: A card will be awarded to the team that is listed on the front or back of the card, not the jersey they are wearing. If there is no team name on the card then the card would be awarded to the team of the jersey that is being worn by the player.

    Multi-Player Cards:

    - Any cards that have more than one player/teams on it will be awarded via randomization.   Buyers will receive an equal amount of spots in the randomization for the number of players/teams they have that appear on the card.  For example: A card with two Yankees and one Red Sox player will result in the buyer with the Yankees receiving two spots and the buyer with the Red Sox receiving one spot in the randomization.

Retired or College Players:  Some products have retired, college, or Olympic players in them.

For college or Olympic players, the card will go to the team the Player played their most recent preseason/regular/playoff game with; if they are a Rookie it goes to their current team.

For retired players, the card will go to the team listed on card, if no team is listed it will go to the last team they played with. If a player played for a team that no longer exists, it will go to the team that they became*.

    - If there is a rule or a situation that is not covered above, NEO Card Rips will make a final decision ruling based on fairness at his own discretion.
